Lived there a few years back, was very happy with the place and its management. Neighbors were great, friendly. Pam was a great manager! She even organized holiday get-togethers so neighbors could get acquainted. I wouldn't mind living there again if we relocate back to the area.
Fantastic management! The office manager, Pam, is EXTREMELY friendly and approachable. If you ever have any issues at all, she is the one to contact. Maintenance is also done in a timely fashion, sometimes even the same day you put in the work order. There is underground parking for one car per unit, and the garage is clean, safe, and accessible only with your entry key. As far as rent, the rates here are lower than average for the Peninsula. Residents are well-taken care of at Park View Terrace, and I would highly recommend it!!
We are lucky enough to have an end apartment on the third floor with a great view of the bay and the San Mateo Bridge. On clear days we can see the East Bay. Fireworks on the 4th were fun to watch.
Management here is fantastic! Anytime we put in a work order whether it be something minor or bigger they are super fast to fix it, sometimes even the same day before I am home from work. The office staff and maintenance are very friendly. They even accept packages for you if you are at work and keep them in the office till you can pick them up.
My hubby and I have had a great experience during our time at Parkview Terrace. The management is great - we've only had pleasant interactions and they are very responsive. The grounds are always clean and, most importantly, you can't beat the location. The complex is nestled in a quiet, residential area of San Mateo. :)
