Our apartments are kept completely  smoke-free and pet-free for a relaxing environment for all tenants.

What does rent cover?

Rent includes water, garbage, and parking. The security deposit is equal to one month's rent.

Complex amenities include on-site management, maintenance personnel, secured buildings, laundry facilities, on-site parking, and a newly remodeled swimming pool.
